Monday to Thursday – 08:30 to 16:30
Friday – 07:30 to 15:30

The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. This key role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and strengthening our market presence by leveraging the proven sales and marketing methodologies that have been central to Guardian’s success.
You’ll work closely with both new and existing clients, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering strategic value, and contributing to long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver business growth in line with company objectives and sales targets.
- Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of service and engagement.
- Use our established sales and marketing framework to deliver consistent results.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations.
- Executing comprehensive site evaluations and presenting findings with assurance to prospective and current clients.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with both sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, improve performance, and drive collective success.
- Monitor and report on individual KPIs to ensure consistent progress through the sales cycle.
Experience & Knowledge Required:
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to add value.
- Excellent telephone manner and confident presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems. High levels of attention to detail, with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience in sales, operations, administration, or customer service is highly beneficial.
